How do I customize the subject line for notification emails in Opsgenie?

I have so much customers. And  I need to differentiate my clients on the "Subject" field. Can you give me away?

Hi @Techx_Huy_Tran ,

You may need to clarify more on what you are hoping for.

It sounds like you are referring to an Email Integration, and needing to extract your customers which are parsing in the Subject field.
