When a new alert is created and I want another team's help,
how can I trigger it with slack? so the current on-call of this team will also get a notification from Opsgenie to join and help this incident?
If you need to add an on-call user to the alert after it has been created, you can query the on-call user for any team by using:
/genie whoisoncall [team name]_schedule
which will give you the on-call user for that team. Then run:
/genie assign [tiny ID] to [username]
The username will be the email of the user.
Hi @Adi Kuperman ,
You can add multiple teams with the / commands from Slack. Here is an example:
/genie alert Hello for support team, Testing_Team
