How can I manually start a P1/Alert On-Call for a specific TEAM due to initial SD triage

Teams, Users, On-call & escalation all defined.

We want to use the fully integrated "Operations" feature inside of JSM-Cloud, not the older independent OpsGenie Cloud

Allow me to share with you that under your Team's alerts, you can manually create an alert by clicking the three dots icon (•••) at the top-right corner > Create alert:

You can then enter the alert details:
