Is it possible to configure a schedule (rotation) that does not overlap with another schedule in terms of who is on-call?
What we're trying to achieve is a schedule (rotation) for help-desk duties from our pool of engineers that automatically excludes whoever is currently on-call at any given time. The rotation would automatically skip whoever is on call at that time.
Hi Jason,
At the moment there is no way to automatically exclude a set of users those are part of another schedule. That needs to be done, manually while creating a schedule.

Our current approach is that when a clash occurs, we'll add an override to one of the schedules.

@Prasanth It's deplorable that this issue has not been resolved in years. It's evident that each company starting 25+ devs will have different environments (stage, prod). There will be devs that are taking part in prod on duties (say middle & seniors) and more devs (including juniors) taking part in stage on duties. And you would like to organize their schedules smoothly without overlapping between prod and stage for example.
