Hi @Christo Steenbok ,

The Incoming Call integration is not available on any JSM plans at this time. It's only available on some standalone Opsgenie plans as well:

"Incoming call routing is not available under the Free and Essentials Plans. Please upgrade to a Standard or Enterprise Plan to use this feature."

https://support.atlassian.com/opsgenie/docs/incoming-call-routing/

Let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi Nick,

I understand that Incoming call routing is only available on standard or enterprise standalone Opsgenie plans.

If we take one of these options where this feature is available, will we still be able to get the tickets generated from there in our current Jira projects?

Secondly, the number supplied for this, is it only a UK or US number? Can we request a number for any country? Eg. we in South Africa, so therefor we would ideally want a local number but we also have customers in Australia & Chile, can we have numbers for those countries as well?

Lastly, do you have a local partner/consultant that we could contact to to assist with some of the questions we have that could perhaps do a site visit or remote session?

Please advise.

Regards,

Christo

Hi Christo,

Yes, you will we still be able to get issues generated in your Jira projects on either the Standard or Enterprise Opsgenie plans.

Our Incoming Call integration does not support every country. UK, US, South Africa, and Australia are supported. Chile is not.

In order to secure a number outside the US, you'd have to reach out to Opsgenie support since each country typically requires documentation to be entered for compliance reasons.

You can check each country's Business Requirements here: https://www.twilio.com/guidelines/regulatory

And you can open a ticket with Opsgenie support here: https://support.atlassian.com/opsgenie/

As for a local partner/consultant to assist with some of the questions, not that I'm aware of. But you can reach out to our sales team who should be able to walk you through a demo with a sales engineer / product expert.
