Has anyone used AI/ML Engine alongside OpsGenie to compare the alerts with past alerts and then leverage RPA tools to automate actions based on past findings
e.g. Everytime when the service stops responding, from the past records figure out that performing X, Y, Z action has fixed and automatically trigger remediation steps using RPA Tools.

It looks like you have a Support ticket open at PSD-23792 regarding this, so I will let them discuss it more with you in depth. However their mention of using Custom Actions would allow users to achieve that manually, or you could use something like an alert policy to trigger that action with automation once the triggering payload arrives in Opsgenie.
