Hi there,
so I need Apple Pay as a Statuspage in order to be included as an external service within Opsgenie.
This one show the Apple Pay as a service endpoint, but it is impossible to use from Opsgenie:
https://www.apple.com/support/systemstatus/
And these are the ones suggested by Opsgenie if I type "appl" - unfortunately they don't contain Apple Pay.
https://applebuild.statuspage.io/
https://appleinc6.statuspage.io/
https://appleinc7.statuspage.io/
https://ywegfuiwgfuw3guifd.statuspage.io/
So what is the supposed way for me to go?
Cheers,
Marco
Hi @[deleted] !
You can only add statuspages as External Services to Opsgenie if they are hosted on the Atlassian product Statuspage.
Apple pay's "status page", is not using the Statuspage product, they seem to have built their own custom "status page", and are not using the Atlassian product Statuspage to host it, so that's why it can't be added as an external service
We do have a feature request to be able to add other types of status pages as external services.
Hope that helps!
Thanks,
Samir
