Hi Lina,

Thanks for reaching out to the Opsgenie team.

It looks like you are using an API key from a source other than an API integration in Opsgenie. (My guess is that it could be https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/security/api-tokens). If yes, I'm afraid this API key cannot currently be used to create/close alerts in Opsgenie.

You should be able to create/close alerts using an API key from an API integration created in the Opsgenie application.
