I got the following reason from Activity log for disabled notifications of some email addresses.
[Channel 1] Dropped previously bounced, unsubscribed, or complained. Not delivering to previously bounced address.
Kindly guide me through this.

This generally happens when the email recipient had previously unsubscribes to the email notifications. This can be resolved by removing and re-adding the email contact method on the Opsgenie user's profile
Thanks a lot Samir, extending your answer, I also found that if emails are bounced back by the mailbox, Opsgenie will put it into disabled state and will not send further notifications to that email address until enabled again as shown above. It's better to do email whitelisting at the mailbox end.
