Can you clarify a bit on what fields you need in the alert?
On the Standard and Enterprise plans, integrations have an Advanced tab that allows you to customize what data populates in each alert field:
Each integration's draggable fields will be unique to the integration, and what fields are available / being sent. The Email integration is limited to what is shown in my second screenshot.
With the Email integration specifically - along with the limited fields - we'll see a lot of customers using either string processing or regex to extract data, and populate the alert fields with something more custom:
