Does subscribing a team to a service get the team the same alert as a responder team?

Does subscribing a team to a service get the team the same alert as a responder team?

Also is there an undo? Can a team unsubscribe? It seems like that should be available, but I can find a way to undo it.

Hi @Kim Barry,

Yes, please note that a Team can subscribe to a service by the "Subscribe to service" button, and separate alerts are created for every subscribed team.

The Incident-Alert-type field for the Incident will state "Service Subscription" signifying that this Alert was created via the subscription.

Yes, a team can change the subscription by clicking on the "Unsubscribe from service" button by navigating to Teams > Team_name > Services > Subscribed services > Service_name > Unsubscribe from Service as in the below example screenshot:
