We are using Opsgenie with Jira Service Management (JSM). We have 15 user licenses for JSM, and I've created 8 teams/groups in Opsgenie. Each team has around 10 members, more or less. I want to know if adding users to these teams requires a user license for each member. It's possible that the members are unique to each team, so there may be more than 15 members in total.

I couldn't find any documentation regarding this question at the moment.

Thank you for anyone can answer this.

To answer my question from a month ago: yes, a license will be required for any user added as a member of the team. You can work around this by treating user access as a group/team instead of individual users to better utilize the limited number of licenses.
