Does Opsgenie support notifications in Huawei phone?

Hi,

My colleague installed Opsgenie App in her Huawei phone however she is not getting the alert/notification, what could be the issue? Is it supported?

You can use Opsgenie on Huawei mobile devices that use HarmonyOS but it would be via a mobile browser. The Opsgenie app is only supported for iOS and Android so the app may not work properly on a Huawei phone, if installed. 

However, the message you are seeing indicates that the user needs to add their mobile number to receive notifications. They can do that by going to "Notifications" and under "Contact Methods" adding a mobile number.

We have already updated her number in Opsgenie and have installed in iOS device.
