Does OpsGenie reject emails from "no-reply" addresses?

I have an email integration set up for alerts from an application but alerts are not getting created. I do not even see any record of them being received in the logs. I know is it partially working because replies to that email are getting logged (and ignored as I have set up an ignore rule for replies).

The email the alerts are sent from is a no-reply@ address. Does OpsGenie ignore/reject these so they don't even make it to our instance?

Hi @Ryan Bullock

Thanks for your question!
There is no restriction about noreply emails.

Please refer to below official documentation:
https://support.atlassian.com/opsgenie/docs/integrate-your-email-with-opsgenie/

I strongly suggest raising a ticket with Atlassian Support so they can better assist you.

Yes, I do have a ticket open as well. I reviewed that documentation before I posted but didn't see anything related to my issue.

It odd to me that the replies including the integration email are coming through but not the original. Which makes me believe it's the sender or something in the original email header that OpsGenie is rejecting.
