We are going to merge our Opsginie with JSM and wondering if/how the phone Integration rules are moved to JSM?

Hi @Kiranmayi Yalamanchi ,

I believe the Incoming Call integration(s) would become unusable or lost since it is not available with any JSM plans at this time. There is an open feature request for this functionality within JSM plans you can follow, watch and vote for here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-9563
