Details (Key-value based) condition Policy

Venz June 14, 2024

Hi Everyone!

My current setup is OpsGenie, JSM (Cloud), and Azure alerts.  The integration is working as expected and we've been using it for some time now.

I want to create a Team Policy in Opsgenie wherein it will filter out payload information of incoming Alerts from Azure Alerts. On the Azure side, there is key-value pair Custom properties, under an alert rule, that I can add to an alert as payload info.

Now in Opsgenie, I am wondering if I can use the condition Details (key-value based) to filter the Custom properties from an Azure alert.

Does anyone been using this? I know there are several posts regarding the Details (key-value based) but it doesn't point to want I need.

*Pardon me with the blocked pictures. These are just an examples

Yes, you can use these details in the Opsgenie filter condition as a key-value pair.
