Dear all,

I know I can see the list of alerts attribuited to a Team. Is it possible to have a unique dashboard (consolle) with a full view of more alert lists, each of them associated to a related team? It could be useful whan we have a first level support team as a supervisor of all alarms of all teams raised in Opsgenie.

Thanks and regards

Hey Andrea,
Thanks for reaching out to Atlassian Community!

Opsgenie doesn’t have a built-in dashboard to show alerts from multiple teams in one view. However, there are a couple of ways you can manage this.

The first way is to use the Alerts tab in Opsgenie. This tab shows all alerts from all teams. You can use filters to show only the alerts you want, like alerts from certain teams or with specific priorities. This can help a first-level support team monitor alerts from multiple teams in one place.

Another option is to use Opsgenie’s API to pull alerts from different teams and display them in an external tool, like Grafana or a custom dashboard. This is useful if you need a more customized view or additional features that Opsgenie doesn’t offer directly.

Please let me know if it helps and if you have any further questions.

Best Regards,
Egor
