When I am looking at a list of alerts, I would like to see a notification that there is an note already on the alert and how many notes if more than one. Is that possible?
Hi @Randall Ross ,
When looking at the Alert dashboard, there isn't a way to tell which alerts have note(s) added to them without clicking into the individual alert to check the notes.
We have a feature request to be able to query for alerts that have note(s) added to them, but currently this isn't an option.
We do have an Alert API that has a List Alert Notes request, so you could write a script to programmatically find which alerts have notes via API, but there isn't a way to do this within the Opsgenie UI at this time.
Let us know if you have anymore questions!
Thanks,
Samir
