How can I modify the alerts' priorities to reflect the ones of tickets coming from Jira Legacy? As of now, all alerts that are opened have the default P3 priority regardless of the priority assigned in Jira. I've looked through the documentation offered by Atlassian but there are certain fields I cannot access/do not know where to find them in order to modify the script.
