Custom schedule - weekly and working-time rotation

I am looking for a way to use Opsgenie with our current workflow.

We have weekly rotations of on-call agent, who should receive notification out of ordinary working hours. This means on-call persons should be notified on workdays only after 4 p.m. and before 8.a.m. and over weekends / holidays. This agent is not working during normal hours when he is on-call.

Inside working hours we have 2 shifts. First on-call agent covers the shift from 8 a.m. till noon, the other one from noon till 4 p.m.

Here is our standard weekly calendar:

Is there a simple way to achieve something like that in Opsgenie?

I have tried to create such calendar, weekly rotation is not an issue, but adding working-time daily rotations also includes person, who is already in the weekly rotation and should not be bothered with incidents through normal working day.

Thanks for your suggestions in advance!

Good day!

Thank you for reaching Atlassian support.

You can accomplish this requirement by creating multiple rotations with time restrictions.

You can have two separate rotations for each shift in a workday and another for non-business hours and weekends. Please find the below example;

You can also find the detailed example for Weekday/Weekend rotation in this link.

Agaci

Your answer helped a lot and it is quite logical :)

I have used 3 weekly rotations, 1 for rotation outside working hours and the other 2 for rotations inside working hours:

Thanks!
