I'm having an issue with my iPhone 12 and Opsgenie critical alerts. I previously was using a separate phone (iphone 7) for work and even when I had my phone on vibrate, the critical alerts would make a noise. It's not doing that for my iPhone 12 and I have no idea why. All settings have remained the same.
Hey Ibertrand!
iPhone normally has issues related to volume or settings that can be easily resolved, but we would need to troubleshoot it.
Steps - I would suggest trying fixes like checking the volume and turning off Focus, Do Not Disturb, or Silent mode - After that - Consider restarting your phone or having it serviced as a final step to fix your iPhone.
In case these steps don't work, please create a formal ticket with our Opsgenie team to help you guide through other troubleshooting and etc.
Best,
Rafa
