My account can login into Opsgenie, but I have issues:
1) I do not see Opsgenie under Admin > Manage subscriptions
2) If I go to the Pricing page https://www.atlassian.com/software/opsgenie/pricing and click Try it free, It does not allow me to use the existing site name.
3) Assuming I am using the Free version right now, it does not allow me to add the 4th user. Pricing page says the Free version supports up to 5 users.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I figured out what happened.
We were on Jira Service Management trial which included Opsgenie and restricted up to 3 agents.
Were you able to update or see your Opsgenie plan separately? I can't find my Opsgenie plan on any dashboard.

Yes, after I removed Jira Service Management, I can add Opsgenie subscription on its own.
