Hi team,
I have duplicated a rotation in the schedule.
Then on the original rotation I have added an end date to correspond with the new rotation start date.
Then when trying to delete the overrides on the original rotation I get an error that the override with schedule ID is not found so I cannot delete the override.
Any ideas on how to fix this?
I've tried removing the end date on the original rotation, but no change.
Thanks.
I've logged a support ticket and the investigation has determined that the issue is related to this existing bug report:
https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/OPSGENIE-989
Essentially, as the override was originally created with the API and the alias has spaces in the name it cannot be deleted through the GUI.
Workaround is to delete using the API until the bug has been resolved.
Suggestion is to ensure any overrides created with API do not have spaces in names, use underscore instead.
Hey Mike,
Thanks for reaching out and raising a support ticket with us as this does not appear to be expected behaviour.
We will follow up with you on the support ticket. All the best!
Russell
