It looks like you can configure Ops Genie to send messages to  a Teams channel but what about a Group Chat within MS Teams?

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

Opsgenie does support sending notifications to Microsoft Teams channels, but sending notifications directly to a Group Chat within MS Teams isn't natively supported at the moment.

As a workaround, you could:

  1. Use a dedicated Teams channel for your group and configure Opsgenie to send notifications there.
  2. Set up notifications to an individual user in MS Teams if direct communication is needed.

If Group Chat functionality is critical for your use case, let us know! We can pass your feedback along to our product team for consideration in future updates.
