We have integrated new relic with opsgenie and Can we customize summary & description in the alert created in opsgenie, I don't see the customization option on the integration page.

Hi @Chethan GR ,

You can customize what data parses in the message or description fields of your New Relic alerts under the integration's Advanced tab. This tab is only offered under the Standard and Enterprise plans:
