Can an alert be sent to users when their schedule starts if it came in when they were not on call?

Basically I'm wondering if it is possible for opsgenie to hold the alerts until a user becomes "on call" if the alert came in when they were not on call. so if an alert came in at 1am and I want to know about it when I wake up at 7am can it be sent out at that time?
