Can an alert be sent to users when their schedule starts if it came in when they were not on call?

Basically I'm wondering if it is possible for opsgenie to hold the alerts until a user becomes "on call" if the alert came in when they were not on call. so if an alert came in at 1am and I want to know about it when I wake up at 7am can it be sent out at that time?

Hi @Kyle Mangini ,

That is possible with notification policies, but these are only included on the Standard and Enterprise plans (or the JSM/O Premium and Enterprise plans).

The notification policy can be restricted to days and times to delay / suppress notifications, then send notifications in the morning when a shift starts. Might look something like this:
