Can Opsgenie receive sms alerts similar to incoming call?

We are looking to integrate opsgenie with some of our equipment that can send out sms alerts. Can opsgenie receive these alerts in the same fashion as you receive an incoming call integration?

Glad you bring this up! It's a Yes and No to this question.

The SMS alerts are binding with the Incoming Call Routing integration, that said, it depends on the number you registered for Incoming Routing integration supporting this function to receive SMS or not.

For any numbers other than Canada and the US, please reach out to us to help you complete it.
