My actual problem is that we opened an incident a few days after the actual event. The timeline was updated wit the current date, but the incident creation date is still "wrong". I need to either change the creationAt field or be able to filter or search incidents using timeline entries.

Thank you, JM.
I will test this approach of recreating it and let you know.
What do you mean by "You can update the timestamp in the UI" ?

Hi @Marcelo Costa ,
I'm sorry, I support both Opsgenie and Statuspage and I mistakenly answered your question for Statuspage, rather than Opsgenie. Mo my original answer (now deleted) does not apply to Opsgenie.
Unfortunately, for Opsgenie it looks like there is no way to update or change the CreatedAt field after incident creation.
