Hi @Aya AlJboor,
This is Darryl. I am here to help.
Understand that you would like to confirm the feasibility of integrating Ospgenie with your JSM DC version.
The short answer is yes, it is supported.
You may add the Legacy Jira Service Management integration from the integration gallery, and ensure your JSM instance has whitelisted the following domain for pushing data to:
If your Opsgenie is hosted in US -> https://api.opsgenie.com
If your Opsgenie is hosted in EU- > https://api.eu.opsgenie.com
For example:
On that integration, you can fill out the form to locate your JSM data center.
If your JSM instance doesn't offer public access to the Internet, you may need to tick up the "Send Via OEC" option and follow this instruction to install and configure an Opsgenie Edge Connector to assist with data transmission.
Also, you will need to further whitelist the following domain to receive data from:
If your Opsgenie is hosted in US -> https://sqs.us-west-2.amazonaws.com
If your Opsgenie is hosted in EU- > https://sqs.eu-central-1.amazonaws.com
Should you have any further issues or inquiries on this subject, please feel free to reach out to Opsgenie Support via this link and my colleague will help you from there.
Thanks.
Kind regards,
Darryl Lee
