Automated Acknowledge Rule Failing

Hi Team,

I've got an OpsGenie Teams Integration with a JSM Project, and have successfully configured Incoming Automation Rules to create alerts given specific conditions (i.e. when a high priority issue is created).

I am not able to acknowledge the alerts via JSM and the Incoming Automation Rules.  My rule type is Acknowledge Alert, Match All Conditions Below (Event Type contains issue_updated, Status Name contains In Progress). I did not edit the Alias, User, or Note fields.

Any idea why, when I transition an issue to In Progress that has an alert attached to it, that alert is not acknowledged?

Hey @Joe Pearson ,

Thanks for reaching out about this! It would be best if you open a ticket with our support team at support.atlassian.com so we can check out your account.
