Hello,
Our IT team reported that they were all logged out of their Opsgenie app on their phones, causing them to not receive any notifications or alerts. Is this related to the scheduled maintenance on 12/13 or network outages yesterday, 12/15? If not, how can we prevent this from happening again?

Is it possible for us to get any feedback on this from Atlassian? I have phone calls that alert me / wake me up, then I check the app to ack/look at details of a page. If there was at least a notification that we've been signed out, that would be a good feature.
Same for me! Super annoying when I try to acknowledge an alert on my watch but it doesn’t let me because the iPhone app has decided to log out!

Same for me. After a while I get logged out the iPhone app and must re-login when opening the app.
