Auto close in office hours

Hi

I am looking for the easiest way to configure Opsgenie to auto close an alert during working hours, but push an alert to the on call teams during out of hours please.

At the moment we have a manual process turning on and of the sending of the alerts to the system that relies on a manual process... which aint good!

Thanks

For each team, under Policies, create a Notification policy.  Then, match on whatever subset of alerts you need.  Then, at the bottom you can toggle Auto Close.  You will also need to turn on Restrict to Time Intervals (middle of the page) and set it to your non-working hours.

I hope that makes sense.
