We are using an email integration in Opsgenie to automatically generate tickets in JSM from email. The emails being sent include attachments and they are being put on the Opsgenie alert. However, when Opsgenie sends the alert to JSM, the attachment is not being carried over to the JSM ticket. Is there a way to get the attachments on the JSM ticket?
