Hello all! Long time watcher, first time asker(questioner?, requesting help-er?)!
I am looking for a way to allow every users (or a dedicated role) within Opsgenie to allow a user to see all available teams (List of all teams at a minimum, but read-only for non-member of selected team), without having Admin role access (even view-only).
Recently I was asked by some people in my company if they can see the entire list of Opsgenie Teams we currently have (examples of how teams are set up, be able to see a list of page-able teams, general curiosity). The only way that I have been able to figure out is to give them a custom role (Named Elevated User) that has all user level access rights (as a base) plus Read-only Admin access. The downside to that is if someone looks at the user base, they can see everyones phone numbers (which will make people upset if their number was given out to everyone).
Any solutions or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Hi @Dan James ,
There's not currently a "See all teams" option within a custom role so this is not really* possible. I went ahead and created a feature request you can follow, watch and vote for here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/OPSGENIE-1130
* I provided a "workaround" as well, but it might not be ideal since it would require granting "See all alerts" access to the role too.
Hi @Nick Haller ! Thank you for the quick reply!
Thank you for looking into this and taking the step to create a feature request! I really do appreciate it!
I'll take a look at the workaround and see that's a good option for our teams or not!
Thank you again!

Speed update on the workaround
The workaround you suggested was one that I tried earlier. It does allow the individuals with that custom role option to see all teams, but it also allows them to see each all user phone numbers if they dig into the settings/user list (which a majority are personal cell phones that we want to limit exposure to)

Hello All,
Thanks for the above, I am looking for something similar but i don't want business users to need to open Ops genie rota, has anyone of you tried a integration between Sharepoint and Ops genie rota ? If yes, can i know how you did it ?
