Alerts stoppage

An OpsGenie alert has been firing off to me intermittently, but frequently, yesterday, last night and this morning. Can't figure out why I'm getting it as I'm not supposed to be in that group, or how to stop it. How to I unsubscribe so I stop receiving the wrong alert?

Hi Randy,

If you check the 'activity log' tab on the alert, it will show which routing rules, escalations, notification rules, etc. were used to send notifications out. You may need to scroll down to the beginning of the history to see that information. 

If you are not able to determine why it was sent to you based on the alert log, please either open a chat from within Opsgenie or create a ticket here so we can request access to your account and help you figure out why you received the notifications.
