Hey.
We have a rule to notify response team if alert is not closed in time. Although there are many different notification flows available (note added, schedule start-end etc.) there doesn't seem to be possibility to have separate notification rule for "alert not closed". Is there a way to have separate rule for that (don't want a call, just push notification or email is enough)?

We don't have a separate notification rule(flows) for the existing alerts and you will be notified via a new alert rule if you are added as a responder via the escalation rules or if you are notified again via it.
