I've integrated our Service Management instance with Opsgenie in an attempt to trigger alerts when issues are received after hours. I was going to create a filter on "Created On" and match (regex), but Service Management tracks "Created On" using the number date without the day of the week. I'm not sure it is possible to create a match (regex) without the day of the week. Has anyone attempted to create a similar filter?
Just to clarify, you are trying to create an integration that only creates alerts afterhours? (like between 5pm and 8am).
You are right, I don't think it is possible from the integration setup in your case.
I dont know how many teams are potentially being reached by this integration, but a Team Notification Policy that is restricted to your timespan could functionally have the same result. It unfortunately would just need to be replicated across all the affected teams. But that could be scripted out and executed via the API.
