We have an integration with Grafana that opens an alert. We noticed that this alert acknowledged itself. We want to find out who acknowledged it.
How is it possible? Where can I start to investigate it more?

That alert was acknowledged by the Jira Service Management integration called "Business Integrations NEW"
When a user in JSM takes a certain action like changing the status of the JSM issue which created that Opsgenie alert, it will move the alert to an 'acknowledged' status to be in sync with the ticket that created it.
You can change these conditions by opening the "Business Integrations NEW" integration and clicking the "show default incoming rules" button:
Then, you can update the filters for each action to match your requirements. This is what the default rules look like for the 'acknowledge' action:
