Alert Message being cutoff for SMS

Running into an issue where the alert message I'm sending is being cutoff in the SMS notification. It links to the alert through OpsGenie but the message itself is being truncated.

Any idea how to prevent the truncation of the message?

The message is as follows:
3+Alerts for - {{result.name}}::{{result.value}}
