After intergrating opsgenie with servicenow it is not creating a ticket will the necessary fields in Servicenow. Multiple fields in servicenow are empty and external updates are not going via opsgenie ? How can we achieve this ?

I would recommend creating a Support ticket with Opsgenie Support so that we can get a better look at your current setup, but the first thing to do would be to make sure that Create ServiceNow Incidents for Opsgenie Alerts is checked, and that the corresponding fields for values you want sent to Servicenow are mapped accordingly per this article https://support.atlassian.com/opsgenie/docs/integrate-opsgenie-with-servicenow/#For-other-Opsgenie-alerts.
