How do I easily acknowlege an alert?  A competitor's product allowed me to respond to a text message with a specific number to acknowledge, resolve, or escalate an alert.  That was nice.  I don't have a phone with a lot of free space to justify adding a new app to and the website takes a long time to pull up on my phone.  

Maybe I can leverage slack integration according to some coworkers, but then I have to manually find the right channel.

It'd be really nice to have a way to ack when you get a texted alert.

Thanks!  I didn't see that article.  I wish the steps were in the SMS directly but I'm sure I'll learn the syntax very soon :)
