Our Account got suspended due to a compromised Credit Card. I've submitted a support request. How long till we should expect to hear something?
Hard to say. I have had good luck on high priority issues but others have taken 24h+. See if you can escalate your support ticket.
What priority level you had selected ?. Depends on that too.
