The ICC is part of the Incident Management and Enterprise Communications feature set in the Enterprise Plan. To use your Zoom account in the ICC, first go to the conferences tab from within your team and click create room. From the dropdown menu, select Zoom as the option.
Please note, you must be the administrator of the Zoom account in order to complete this successfully.
Next, go to the Incident Template, and select your Zoom Conference Bridge from the list in the Conference Bridge field.
Once an incident is open, click on the link to the ICC.
The Zoom conference will then open in a new window.
Now you're all set to take command of the incident using your Zoom conference bridge!
