Hi there! I can’t believe it’s that time again--time to cover all the exciting enhancements and integrations Opsgenie released this month. First let’s start with the big news:
Zoom is now available as a video conferencing option in the Incident Command Center. This is a great option for those folks who are already using Zoom for video conferencing. The native conference bridge functionality is still available, but now you can choose what you prefer. Please note, to integrate your Zoom account with the Opsgenie ICC you must be the admin of your Zoom account.

Our New Zendesk App is now available in the Zendesk Marketplace.
You can now manually create alerts directly from Zendesk tickets in the Zendesk UI using our new app. We’ve created an awesome video that runs through the set up. You can also read more about that in our blog. Get the app here.
New MTTA report available as part of our analytics.
We’ve added a new report that covers all teams MTTAs in a single chart, this report is available in Standard and Enterprise plans. Take a look and let us know what you think!
The Jira Service Desk integration is now available for those using the Essentials plan. We’re very excited that this is available and hope that you are too!
