Incident Timeline now available for Mobile!

If you're already using Opsgenie for Incident Response, you know the importance of having the mobile app at your fingertips when something's broken. We're happy to announce that additional functionality for Incidents is now available in our mobile app. You can now view and manage the Incident Timeline from your mobile device.

Incident Timeline records the entire lifecycle of an incident. Every event is recorded in real time including: stakeholder updates, changes to associated alerts, and edits to the incident. Using the mobile app you can add tags, join an ICC session, and take actions using the buttons available.

Use the mobile app to manage the Incident Timeline on both iOS and Android. The Incident Timeline shows as a tab from the Incident Detail. This functionality is new, actions you can take include: viewing the timeline, adding a timeline entry, filtering the timeline, and more.

Here are some screenshots to give you an idea of what that looks like in Android:

Here's a look at what it looks like in the iOS app:

For more information check out our documentation for iOS and Android. Make sure you're using the most updated version of the Opsgenie mobile app and give it a try! Let us know what you think.
