Incoming call routing provides a phone number and manages the routing of incoming calls to this phone number based on your on-call preferences.
It's also possible to send SMS messages to the number added as an Incoming Call in Opsgenie to create alerts. It depends on the number you registered for Incoming Call Routing integration supporting this function to receive SMS or not.

With this Global Policy, the alerts created using SMS text messages will be routed to the proper team.
