Hello All,
To receive requests from users, we have created Jira service forms. In the event that a user created an issue with a mistake, the user was unable to correct the mistake after it was created but before it was approved by the approver.
The user can mention these changes in comments and the Service now admin can update those details by looking at the comments in the created issue.
If there is a workflow that allows users to edit their submitted requests before approval, that would be appreciated.
We would appreciate any ideas anyone may have.
Thank you
Hi @Parker Palmer ,
is this related to a Jira Service Management project where the Customer is entering tickets via the portal? Assuming so, unfortunately there is no means of allowing the customer to edit the entry.
You also mention “Service now” and I’m unsure how that fits in here.
