ACCOUNTS// SETTLED INV AGAIN COMING THE SOA

Dear Sir,

One of the purchased INV posted (113-200324000103 dtd:17.3.20) after payment was made and settled in EFS ( 149 A 200524000027-3 dtd; 1.5.20)

now the settled INV again in the SOA that means not setoff 

pls advise and attached FYR 

if any query, pls revert me back

I think you are in completely the wrong place to ask this question.

The things you are showing us here are not in an Atlassian system, and your question does not give us any clue about how it might be related to Atlassian.

My best guess is that the system you are looking at is documented in Atlassian's Confluence or has a help-desk system run in Atlassian's Jira, and rather than click "help with this system", you have clicked "help with the documentation/help-desk software".

I think you really need to go back to your organisation for help with this.

I also strongly suggest that you remove the commercial information in your posts here - this is a public forum, and broadcasting those may well be a breach of your data protection laws.   (and your contact details, to avoid spam)
