Hi there,
I am trying to import 75 objects and only see 30 objects got imported into the JIRA Service Management - Asset Management. I would like to clarify why duplicate data not being imported into the JIRA Service Management. I have attached a screenshot of the report that I see user the import details.
Please your input on how to import all 75 data objects without leaving the duplicated information.
@Venky Thiruvengadam each entry that you want to import needs a unique identifier, typically this will be a name or UID. As @Andrei Ratkevich said, you need to set up the import so that the unique identifier is specified, in the image that @Andrei Ratkevich has shared the 'tag' icon shows that the field is the identifier field.
Thank you @Stephen_Lugton & @Andrei Ratkevich for your input. It worked. Appreciate your time and assistance.

Hi
You need to check your source data for originality by the field specified in the mapping as the record identifier.
