i nedd to pre-fill the fields of an issue according to the data that it was filled in another ticket on another project. there is a field which one is populated with an unique identifier for both issues

Hi Marco - If you are using Cloud JSM, no that is not possible. Default values are based on what is in the field configuration for that project and cannot be dynamic.
